OUR STORY
After 7+ years in the IT industry, our founder witnessed a troubling pattern: agencies prioritizing profits over client success. While clients invested their hard-earned capital, they routinely encountered:
- •Missed deadlines with no accountability
- •Complete lack of transparency
- •Failed products despite significant investment
This systemic failure inspired the creation of our client-first approach.
He always used to fight for his clients within the companies and their management and unfortunately there was ZERO empathy towards clients' problems and their issues. These things make him motivated to start this company as a side hustle and he started this journey back in 2017-18 by helping two small local businesses from Canada and England with their requirements which went pretty well and clients were able to launch fast and grow their business.
And the journey begins...
He consistently advocated for his clients within companies and their management, but unfortunately encountered zero empathy toward clients' problems and issues. This experience motivated him to start this company as a side hustle.
The journey began in 2017-18 by assisting two small local businesses from Canada and England with their requirements, which proved successful as both clients were able to launch quickly and grow their businesses.
This early success provided enough confidence to formally establish TechnoYuga in 2019, with the vision of helping small businesses and startups with their Web and Mobile App Development projects.
